"I am guessing that most people don't take the time to write a review. I have had Southeastern Surveying do surveys and construction staking for me for several years. They have gone above and beyond and have always done an excellent job. They have rescued me several times and never over charged. I don't know and don't want to hazard a guess about the previous reviews, but the old saying is true. You just can't please all the people all the time."
